My address is on one road while my driveway is on a completely different road. I have "reported" this multiple times on the maps app and it is still wrong. I even moved my home location and that still didn't work. UPS, Fed Ex, and the pizza man can't find me. HELP! How do I change the directions so that people can find me using their phone? Google Maps let me change it, but that isn't enough.

If you have already reported it, little else to do till some response occurs. Or not.
Could get friends, relatives and erstwhile Apple owning acquaintances to report it as well, so it gets registered as a more widespread error and not just your pet peeve.
I am not sure what to suggest. I would like some clarification. It sounds like the mailing address for your house is for the road your house faces. Is that correct? Is there no way to park on the road in front of your house to make a delivery? Please explain where your driveway is in relation to the mailing address. Are you on a corner lot? Is your driveway on a parallel road in relation to your mailing address road? Where does someone end up when they use your mailing address for directions to your house? If your driveway is where you want people to arrive, you may need to figure out what that address would be for that road and give that as your address. Then post a sign with the "address" for that spot so people can find you.
My property is about an acre and a half and runs all the way down to one road. (The one my address is on. Street A) My house faces the one (Street B) that my driveway is on. You cannot even see my house from the one (Street A) my address is on unless it is in the dead of winter and you are stopped. You have to go essentially around the block to get to my house. My mailbox is on Street B next to my driveway. It's very odd. We have lived here for about a year. The two roads do basically run parallel to one another and my house is sandwiched between them.
That is a strange set up. I wonder if you could talk to the post office to see if they could change your address to the street B location since that is where your mailbox and access to the house is. Like I said, short of making up an address for street B and posting that at your driveway, I am not sure how to really address this issue. Again, go talk to the post office as it is my understanding that they decide the home addresses.
That is such a pain because then I have to change my address with every bill company etc. when most people use the maps app on the phone. If they would correct the directions then I wouldn't need to change my actual address.
It's pretty much impossible to fix it in the data source, which is government census data. However, on an individual basis, you can request a Waze volunteer editor to to add an entry for your actual driveway. This will only work for Waze, of course, but I have successfully moved the entrance to the Central Park Zoo to where it belongs on 5th Avenue, NYC, rather than the overpass 50 feet above the zoo on the Central Park Transverse.
if you did get your address changed, you would treat it like any change of address. Fill out the form at the post office, then as bills and letters arrive, notify them of the change of address when you respond. It may take a month or two to complete, but you wouldn't have to notify everyone at once. Just a thought.
