Can't login into iMessage and FaceTime

Hi, I have a problem that I didn't manage to solve it out, I already tried bunch of solutions like checking router and system date an time to match, PRAM, Safe Boot, I even tried a fresh install of macOS and still, I can't login into iMessage. On my iPhone it works. Please help... My error is: "Could not sign in it to iMessage. An error occurred during activation. Try again."
