Parental control error message on Disney junior!!
I turned off parental controls but still not allowing Disney junior!!! HELP!!!
Hi. It seems that this message only means that your connection was refused by the server. Apparently, parental controls is the most likely cause, according to the programmer. You need to logout and back in. See this link: Re: Apple TV Disney XD App Error.
