Why a USB cable for TV 4 ?

Someone can explain how you can charge the Apple TV 4 remote control when the box provides me with a mini-USB to normal USB cable while both the remote AND the connector on the Apple TV are ''mini USB'' ????.....

Oh I got it... I can charge it on my PS4 I guess, right ?.....

The Apple Tv 4 includes a lightning to USB cable to charge the Apple Tv Remote.

It does not include a mini usb cable at all.

You do not need a mini-usb cable to charge the remote.

The remote has a lightning port, which is completely different port to a mini usb port.

You can plug the remote to any USB charger, or USB port on your computer to charge using the provided lightning cable.

You do not plug the remote into the Apple Tv to charge.

The Apple Tv has the mini-usb port only for service and support. i.e should you ever need to restore the Apple TV by connecting it to a computer.
