I had a frozen computer while trying to send a photo. Photos was locked, so I shut down and restarted and then had a frozen cursor on the start up. I called Apple and they told me to follow through. Yes, it was an initial system setup.

That isn't a lock screen, it looks like the initial system setup - what did you do before getting the dialog?
