I am missing some of my content in itunes, particularly "The Accountant" which I just bought a few weeks ago. When I try to contact apple support, they say I need a serial number. As far as I can tell there is no serial number on itunes. Is there a special "itunes" support contact I can talk to?
If it's not showing in the Purchased section for redownloading (e.g. Account > Purchased menu option if using a computer's iTunes, Purchased tab in the iTunes Store app on an iOS device) you've checked to see if you've hidden it : Hide and unhide iTunes Store, App Store, or iBooks Store purchases - Apple Support ?
But if the version that you bought is no longer in the store, or if you've moved countries since buying it, you won't be able to redownload it, you will have to copy i back from your backup.
