As far as I am aware there isn't a standalone download for the current version of Bonjour, which is v3.1.0.1. Instead see the Install missing components section of Troubleshooting issues with iTunes for Windows updates to extract the .msi file from the current iTunes setup file. There may also be a dependency on Apple Application Support.
