Built in app browsers circumvent restriction of safari

My phone has restrictions on it that block the use of safari, but I've found a way to circumvent that which I know could create a problem for parents who are trying to restrict the use of an internet browser for their children. Within certain apps (I.e.- king of thieves, smule, podcasts, and even the settings app) there are built in browsers that are meant to only open to a login page for Facebook, or to a terms and conditions page, but I have found a way that if one can find a way to get to that very loving page, select help center, policies, trademarks, then select the WIPO link, search google on that site, and select the PCT notable inventions article for google, one can get to Google.com, therefore ruining the whole purpose of blocking safari. This is an issue for me, and I'm sure it can become an issue with many parents, and needs to be addressed.
