Is there a fix for this?
The screen keeps going from the start up screen to the black screen of death, over and over and over. I have no idea what's going on, we were able to shut it down, but when we turned it back in again it keeps happening. It won't do anything else. This phone is 4 months old, please tell me there's a fix!
