my icloud doesn't appear in my settings iphone

With a recent iOS update, iCloud was moved from Settings > iCloud to Settings > [username] > iCloud.

Open the Settings app and then tap on your username near the top of the Settings window and then tap iCloud.

If you have turned on iCloud Photo Library in the iCloud Settings, the photos in iCloud are the same as the Photos app on your phone. You can also use a computer and log in to iCloud.com and go to the Photos app there to view them. Note that iCloud Photo Library is a syncing service, not a cloud-only storage service so any photos you delete from a device will also be deleted from iCloud.

If you haven't turned on iCloud Photo Library, the other way that your photos might be stored in iCloud would be via Backup in iCloud settings. You cannot view the contents of an iCloud backup; the backup can only be used to restore to an iOS device or set up a new iOS device.
