I've just the new Apple TV but its bluetooth does not recognize my other devices's bluetooth ... how can I fix it? thanks

devices need to be put into pairing / discovery mode in order to work
the manual of the device should describe how one goes about doing so
also think the only 2 profiles it support is keyboard and speakers
Thanks, but I've tried to pair them. On my new Apple TV I went thru settings/remote/ and it starts "looking for devices" and never list them ... both iPhones I have in my room ... it looks that something wrong with the bluetooth feature ... is there anymway I can "reinstall" or check bluetooth?
Hi ZecaM. Apple TV 4 supports bluetooth speakers, keyboards, game controllers, and the Siri remote. It may be possible to use an iPhone to help set up the device, but that's hit-or-miss. You cannot pair an iPhone for any other purpose. You can install the iOS Remote app on the phone to use it as a remote, but it works over WiFi, not Bluetooth.
Thanks all for the support. I updated the Apple TV new software and now I have a complete set of menus and I was able to pair both iPhones. Problem solved ... best rgds
