My iTunes Store app disappeared from my iPhone
I wanted to buy a movie on iTunes but the app disappeared from my iPhone. I cannot find it in the App Store. How can I get it back?
iPhone 7, iOS 10.3.1
Make sure that you are using the correct app name when you look in the App Store.
Other suggestions include....
Settings>General>Restrictions. Make sure you did not restrict it.
Do a spotlight search, swipe down from the middle of a home screen to get to the search field and type Safari in at the top. If it is hidden in a folder, the name of the folder will appear to the right.
Swipe from screen to screen to look for it.
Settings>General>Reset>Reset home screen layout will return the app to the home screen. It will return the home screen to out of the box condition as well. Try reinstalling it from the App Store.
Restore the app from the App Store
- Go to the App Store.
- Search for the app. Make sure that you use the exact name of the app. Find the correct name of built-in apps.
- Tap
to restore the app.
- Wait for the app to restore, then open it from your Home screen.
