Rip my iphone 7 plus.. have no facetime.

I am newbie about iOS device. This is my first time to handed iphone 7 plus. And that time surprising me because my friends tell me there's no facetime in there. Oh really disappointed because there's nothing tell me before about it in uae. I'm from indonesia, will it appear on AppStore when i go home or there's no any alternative ways? Will you help me?
