Unknown error -206

I am getting the following error on my Mac when trying to download music from my iTunes Match library. When I look up error 206, it doesn't exist.

Does anyone know what this means?

It shows up as "stopped" in the download list.

MacBook Pro TouchBar and Touch ID, iOS 10.3.1
