Is there a good OCR program that is accurate

Hello all experts!

Is there a good OCR program that is accurate. I've tried converting a JPG to text and Word Doc, but it misses a lot of info. Can anyone recommend a good one that is available for purchase or download?

I can't recommend a program, but usually higher resolution scans result in higher accuracy in any of the programs.

If you can't improve the resolution of the image, then someone else may have a program suggestion.
