How to turn on personal hotspot?

I updated my iPhone 6 to the latest version 10.03 something now I don't know how to turn on the personal hotspot on my iPhone can anyone please help me with that ?

Have you ever used personal hotspot? If not, you need to find out if your carrier support personal hotspot feature.

As Juitse tried to explain, first you need to be certain you are using a cellular carrier that supports personal hotspot. Not all carriers support it.

Next, you need to be certain you personally have an account with your cellular carrier that supports hotspot. Often carriers charge extra for this service as it involves using extra cellular data.
