My iTunes icon disappeared. If I connect to my Mac all my music shows as being on the phone and even if I look at storage/music it is there but the icon has completely gone. Have tried resetting home screen and restoring and still no icon. Please anyone!!

By iTunes do you actually mean the Music app?
Or do you mean the iTunes Store icon?
If you deleted either App by mistake you can go into the App Store app and download it again. Search fro "Music" and the first result should be Apple's default Music App.
