I can not get good music reception from my watch when I am using the Runkeeper fitness app from the watch only. It seems the Bluetooth can not support two apps at the same time. I have had the same problem with two different type of Bluetooth headphones. Rowkin stereo bits and Backbeat fit. This when I use the watch only apps.

If you have not yet done so, update your iPhone and Apple Watch to the latest software, starting with your iPhone:
Restart both your iPhone and your Apple Watch, turning both off together, then restarting your iPhone first:
Unpair and re-pair your Bluetooth headphones:
Check for potential sources of interference:
It turns out after all of the resetting even though my playlist showed on the watch it's content had been deleted and I will have to re-sync which takes awhile. Then I can test to see if Runkeeper and my music can play simultaneously from my watch with no distortion.
After working with the help desk now I can not even play music from my watch to either Bluetooth devices. After all of the suggestions. worked poorly before now does not even work
