I used Apple Pay for a purchase it didn't go through but my card was charged

Contact the merchant or your bank (including to check that the payment was actually charged) for assistance.

Apple Pay payments are a matter between you, the merchant / app developer (for payments made within apps) and your card issuer.

Apple cannot make any changes to your transaction (Apple Pay does not even collect any transaction information that can be tied back to you).
