Is it possible to buy a one time iCloud storage upgrade?

I am looking in to upgrading my iCloud storage but I don't think I need too much. The U.S. sells 50GB for $1/month. All I need is 50GB. I was wondering if it was possible to pay a one time fee of $1 and get the 50GB of iCloud storage without having to pay 1 dollar each month while increasing my iCloud storage? If there is a way and I cancel the $1/month deal, do I still get to keep the storage I paid for?

I don't believe you can make one-time payment. once you purchase the plan you pay once every month to have 50 gigs. every time you pay it does not add extra storage. its based off the more you pay the more storage you get.
