I can't send mail on cableone.net thru my phone or i-pad

Hi. Go to Settings > Mail > Accounts. Select your account and open the SMTP settings. Enter the correct username and password there (it may say optional). See if that helps.
I use mail from cableone.net I can receive but not send or reply to mail.
