I just upgraded to iPhone7 last week. The reception is terrible - I hear people ok but they wont hear me. 100 % of callers are complaining they don't hear me. Staff at 90th st and Shea in Scottsdale AZ has been tweeking it but nothing has changed. I am a Realtor and it is hurting my business - I need a resolution quickly - my phone is ******

If you are currently using Voice over LTE (VoLTE), turning off VoLTE may help to improve the sound quality during calls:

My iPhone 7 signal and reception is terrible. I even had phone replaced. I owe $500 on the phone and want to know how to downgrade to iPhone 6 that had no signal/reception problems? Been through Apple Support without success. In my opinion Apple should give new upgraded phones to all those who complained of this problem. SMH.....
try restarting it

if it don't sort it out then it's likely a defect antenna which will require repair or replacement
