How do I stop the two-factor autentication notifications from continuously popping up on my phones? I already turned this feature off on my apple id account. My phones keep popping up notifications even though I've never set up two-factor autentica

I had the same annoying alert all the time, since I updated my iOS version. But one thing I did wrong when updated, without noticing I was doing, was to activate the 2FA. When I noticed, I followed the steps to deactivate the 2FA.

But even after deactivating it, these alerts started and never stopped, so I thought it would never end until I activate it and live with it.

But yesterday I took the decision to access my iPhone settings and tap "Continue" in the request of entering my user and password to finish the 2FA settings. For my surprise, when I did it, the alert was gone while my 2FA was still deactivated.

So, my conclusion is that this alert started because I deactivated the 2FA and I needed to confirm this by entering this setting in my iPhone just to confirm. I am not 100% sure this is the case, but as I said it is my conclusion.

At least until now I don't see the warning (that number 1 in the settings icon) and didn't see the alert pop up anymore.
