when trying to us whatsapp with carrier network get a message "waiting for network" all other apps and internet work properly. when connecting to wifi whatsapp works ok.
this problem started when upgrading to 10.3

Well, I have solved the issue by myself.
This should be documented:
1-Go to Settings
2-Tap on Cellular.
3-Scroll down, to the Section: Use Cellular Data For.
4-Check if Whatsapp is set to "Green", to enable to use the "Cellular Data".

All my apps are working fine, except whatsapp: Network
Please your help.

Whatsapp is not working: Network.. is the same issue.
With wifi, whatsapp works. But does not work with my data plan: 3G
All apps are working with wifi and with my connection 3G of Ecuador.
I have followed all the steps and still does not work.
