iPhone calendar has wrong birthday

On my iPhone, when I go in the calendar app it says my birthday is on April 17. That's because it used to be someone else's. I changed my Apple ID and confirmed a birthday for my Apple ID but the calendar app still says my birthday is on the 17th and I can't delete it. Can anyone help?
