Apple ID Verification Prompt

Hi Folks,

Need some help in here, I recently bought an iPhone 7plus, upgrading from my current phone is iPhone 6plus.

I'm having a problem after I restored from iTunes backup (to my iPhone 7plus) as it keeps prompting me to input my iTunes account. After I input it, it always asked me to verify my Apple ID and which always brings me to reset password page.

I tried to login to https://appleid.apple.com/#!&page=signin using my Apple ID and it worked just fine.

Now, I'm really frustrated because it keeps prompting me to input my iTunes account and when I did it always prompt me to verify my Apple ID again then ask me to reset my password again, again and again.

Here are the steps that I did:

1. Backup my current iPhone 6plus via iTunes

2. Restore my new iPhone 7plus via iTunes backup

3. Restoration completed, and the looping of iTunes account and Apple ID verification prompt starts on the new iPhone 7plus

4. Did a sign out from iCloud and iTunes, problem still exist

5. Did a sign in to iCloud and iTunes via Setting, problem still exist

6. Upgraded to the latest OS 10.3.1

7. Did a factory reset "Erase all content" and restore iTunes backup, problem still exist

8. Did a factory reset "Erase all content" and login via iTunes manually without backup, everything is fine.

My question is how do get rid of this Apple ID verification prompt on my new iPhone 7plus after I restore from iTunes backup, clearly this is not an Account locked issue.

Thanks for reading.
