Kicked out of Dawn of Titans on iPad Air two

I Have a ipad Air two that I use to play a game called Dawn of Titans. When I navigate around on this game and click on a icon or X off a page it well kick me completely out of the game. I have done everything that their support suggest but has not helped. I have force shut down, closed all open apps, swiped up on the preview, checked my ISP connection which is great. But no matter what I do it still will kick me off. Please several other individuals have this same problem, if anyone can suggest a fix it would be helpful. Thank you.
