I found that data are still using when i switch to flight mode and i turn off the data button, it' still using my data.

If you are in Airplane Mode, there is no way to use data unless you turn wi-fi back on. Cellular data will not be used, since the cellular radio is turned off when the device is in Airplane Mode.
I suspect the carrier posts their data at certain times of the day. There is no way you can use cellular data with the device in Airplane Mode. You can verify this information with your carrier, but I know that is the way that most carriers bill their data.

I always turn on the Airplane Mode before I sleep.
