rectangular outline around time and apps
A rectangular outline has appeared around the time on my clock face.
If I display apps they are there but when I select one it has the rectangle around it and it won't open.

You have enabled VoiceOver, an accessibility feature.
To turn off VoiceOver, follow one of these steps:
On your iPhone, in the Watch app, go to: My Watch (tab) > General > Accessibility > VoiceOver > turn off VoiceOver.
Or, if the Accessibility Shortcut has been enabled and configured for VoiceOver:
- On your watch: quickly press the Digital Crown three times.
