Repair Service to Puerto Rico?

This question is copied by one user and edited by me. This is about the Apple Repair Service in Puerto Rico and I have the same question but with my iPhone.

I'm trying to get a repair service for my iPhone 6s Plus, but when entering my address I get a message indicating to choose a valid state. Puerto Rico is in the list of states, and Apple sells thousands of their products here. How is that that Puerto Rico is not a valid state, even when is in the states list?

Then, I switch to search for a local retail store for repairs, and I know that Puerto Rico has Modernica (an Apple Store in Plaza las Americas), but it's too far from where I leave and Apple don't have the system to deliver a package to send my iPhone. I'm very angry at this point because I search any possibility to repair my iPhone because it's in warranty.

Any help would be highly appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

iPhone 6s Plus, iOS 9.3.2

I assume that you start here with your search for an Apple Authorized Service Provider (NOT Apple, but "blessed" by them)

https://locate.apple.com/pr/en/

Whatever these independent businesses have as their practice is not "overseen" by Apple - and certainly none of us volunteers would know any details

You will likely have to play by whatever rules your particular chooice sets

We cannot help.

Apple Corporate cannot help.

You are at the mercy of private businesses' practices.

I would not be surprised if a SALES business would require you to SEND your device somewhere.

An AASP is required to have a "reception bench" (like a Genius Bar) AND have a "repair bench area" in the back of the storefront.

If there are no AASPs convenient, what you have us or Apple do?
