Hello Apple I bought the $ 10 iTunes card and packaged it into my account and the operation was successful but when I buy money from within Fortnight I do not get anything from your state to contact the Platons as shown in the picture.
I am having a problem purchasing coins on one of my games keeps telling me to go into Apple support and my account is updated wit my credit card so I don’t understand why i’m having this issue can you please help me with this issue . Thank you

I recently received on my bank statement that there was two purchases of $106.61. I called Apple and asked him that I didn’t make any purchases at that amount but unfortunately not knowing that I did. In the game Clash of clans you can purchase jams for $99.99 through supercell who was my old carrier through Samsung. I was never notified through Apple of the final cost of it being when purchased through Apple my new phone and that I love there was a tax on your purchase. So the payments of 106 61 that were reversed should have never been reverse. I realize this when I went to go purchase jams again and it directed me to this website that’s when I checked my bank statement and email that I noticed my era
