My MacBook Pro 13" Retina is glitching out!

Hello

Just recently my MacBook Pro 13" Retina seems to be having UI glitches. Firstly I noticed it when Spotify was open in full-screen. I swiped left on my trackpad to get to Spotify in full-screen and it totally froze between the transition, which then completely bricked my Mac. The only solution was to do a hard shutdown!

Secondly, upon saving an illustrator document. I went to save as and the finder window which opened was completely blacked out in parts, then when I returned my mouse to hover over the menu bar at the top the dropdowns were blank! Once again, even though this time the Mac is still usable to an extent, the only solution is a restart to get everything working alright again!

Ghosting Illustrator panes on the menus?

Secondary-clicking on twitter, well...

Any ideas?
