Will the Apple store unlock my iPhone?

So I recently changed my passcode on my iPhone 6S and shortly after forgot it. Since my phone has restarted and it is required to use your passcode when you first turn it on, ,my phone is now "disabled". I tried to sync with iTunes but it wont let me hard reset it without inputting my passcode first (i had already synced with the computer i used before). It gave error code 3194 if that means anything. I dont think i have any other options of unlocking it myself.

What I'm asking is if I was to take my phone into the Apple store, and proving proof of ownership, ID, account access, etc. if they would be able to reset it for me or not? I backed it up recently so I am not concerned about losing data.
