Bulgarian keyboard layout missing letter

Hello support,

I use MacBook Pro (Retina, 13 -inch, Mid 2014) with operating system macOS Sierra version 10.12.1. My native language is Bulgarian so I use Bulgarian keyboard layout. I noticed that there is missing Cyrillic letter 'ѝ'( it is similar to 'и' and 'й' but grammatically is something completely different) . I've also found that usually missing letter 'ѝ' is typed with keys combination(Shift + ь) but when I tried this combination i got 'Ь' which is a capital letter of 'ь'(which is normal) but there is no other way to use it.

Can you update Bulgarian Cyrillic keyboard to support 'ѝ'? It doesn't matter to me if it would be with Shift + ь combination or just another combination.

P.S. there is a wiki source where existence of 'ѝ' can be checked https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/I_with_grave_(Cyrillic)
