How do I uninstall apps that I downloaded

It’s all in the touch pressure. Follow the exact same touch and hold procedure as always, but use a light touch on the app icon. Place your finger on it without applying pressure. If you do it right, you’ll see the expected Home screen full of shaking app icons and you can move and delete as usual.

Tap and hold lightly until they wiggle, then tap the 'x' to delete.

Long press on the app until the app start shaking then you tape the x sign on the app top left

Basically the YouTube Video link I sent explains that the 3D Touch settings needs to be turned off on an iPhone 7 plus.
