In all three cases, the download completed normally but I got exactly the error you report.
A 'normal' completion is not a guarantee of a 'complete' file. Please specify the file name and the MD5sum. If you do not get the correct file, it will not work.
I tried to resolve Boot Camp problems with Apple Support. We got to the point where the case was handed to Engineering along with a memory dump. Unfortunately, my 14-day grace period was up and I returned my new iMac to the Apple store. I may buy another one someday if they ever fix their problems.
Did you try asking for help here?
The Apple support pages have outdated information. Their solutions don't work on later versions of iMac and Sierra. (One senior advisor succeeded on a 2010 MacBook, but failed on a 2015 iMac with the same errors that I reported. Apple wanted me to start a new case instead of using that information to solve the problem.) Does that mean nobody uses Boot Camp anymore?
How to install Windows using Boot Camp - Apple Support is supported on 2015-2016 Macs. Also, https://help.apple.com/bootcamp/assistant/6.1/ has two separate sections. One (with USB Installers) is supported on 2012-2014 Macs.
I suggest you start a new discussion and we can address your specific issues.
If you downloaded the ISO file using a wireless connection, it is prone to block corruption. Try to download the ISO again. What is the name of the file you are trying to download? Can you post the MD5sum of the ISO file?
I have tried about ten different iso, most recently three different versions of the Windows 10 Anniversary distribution. This is what Microsoft specifies for Boot Camp. In all three cases, the download completed normally but I got exactly the error you report.

Sorry, but I have tried and failed with about ten different distributions, including two that successfully installed a full Windows 10. One was from 2015 and had worked for three different PCs.
The other was a recently purchased retail version of Windows 10 from a Best Buy store. That one worked with a trial version of VMware Fusion on a Mac; it ran several Windows apps, albeit slower than normal.
I did not activate it, but I used the 64-bit part to create .iso files for Boot Camp, using the steps on an Apple support page. They all failed, but in ways that do not resemble this particular issue.
Throughout all of this I was being coached by Apple advisers, who were always professional and courteous, I do not intend to pursue this further.

If you ever decide to follow this beaten path again, please post a discussion and we will do our best to sort it out.
Your ISO download seems to be incomplete, based on the file name shown in that dialog box.
