Trying to update my IPad to Safari. It is not downloading

HHow do I update to Safari 10. I followed the directions.

Safari 10 is the version for Macs.

Safari on an iPad gets updated with iOS, and has no visible version number.

If you have iOS 10.3.1, then you have the most up to date version of Safari for iPad.

I don't think you can upgrade only safari on an iPad because it is a preloaded app, you can only upgrade iOS (if available)
