How to STOP or DISABLE Notifications for a Single Specific Calendar and Keep Using the Others

Searched for hours. Read about hundreds of problems and none of them this one.

I have dozens of businesses. Each have their own staff, employees, and EVENTS.

Therefore I have a dozen emails, and a dozen calendars. ALL using Gmail apps for business. ALL synced to iCalendar and iCloud and working on my many MACs and devices.

ONE PROBLEM.

I sometimes need to MUTE or SILENCE or DISABLE one or more of them because they are exceptionally busy for a period of time and while I still need to LOOK at them and see what is planned, I do NOT want, need, or like, to have them Constantly Pinging, beeping, and popping up.

I see under calendars I can turn off the DISPLAY of them, so the VIEW is less cluttered but even when this selection is OFF, the Notifications for them STILL ping, beep, and pop up.

It seems the Notification settings under the main settings are ALL ON or ALL OFF!!

This *****. This is pathetic. I have great need, especially on those busy days to GET notified from my OTHER events so I do not miss anything critical, but MUST STOP the ones I am working on from interrupting.

It seems as if Apple has not thought about allowing the notification control to be varied BY each Individual calendar and it is an all or nothing setting?

Am I right? Missing something?

I would hope a billion dollar company could get such a simple thing to work.

Advice?
