Why an unknown Samsung Smart TV pairs without permission using Macbook Bluetooth?

I'm experiencing this issue on a Macbook Pro with macOS Sierra 10.12.4

Actually I don't have a Samsung Smart TV, possibly a neighbor has one.

I’m worried if some data could be transmitted to this device without being noticed.

I've tried accessing the extended bluetooth menu (shift+option+menubar bluetooth icon) and using the next options:

  • Debug > Reset the Bluetooth module
  • Debug > Factory reset all connected Apple devices
  • Debug > Remove all devices
  • [TV] Samsung 6 Series (49) > Remove

My expectation with the previous options is to remove/forget this device but next day it pair/connect again without permission.

If I turn bluetooth off->on then the connection with this device disappears.
