My Apple TV 4th Gen won't load any app.

Recently I've had internet problems so I have been unable to use my Apple TV for 2-3 weeks, but yesterday my internet was fixed. I turned my Apple TV on and I had to log in to my internet cause i hadn't used it for a long time. After my Apple TV successfully connected to my internet, i recently had purchased some movies off of iTunes and I wanted to see them. So I clicked on the icon and it stayed loading for 5-6 min, and I thought it might of been a glitch so I erased the app from my history. I then tried to enter again and it again buffered for 5-6min. So then I decided to try my other apps, Netflix loaded fine and so did YouTube and HBO. So after checking everything and trying the iTunes movie app again it didn't load, i decided to restart my Apple TV and I tried after it turn on again and now, none of my apps load. My internet works on my IPhone 7, and it works on my IPad 4gen and it also works on my roommates smart tv, and on his devices. What is wrong with my Apple TV. I bought it last year during Black Friday. Spent $200 for it. (Apple TV 4 Gen 64GB)
