On my iMac running iOS 10.12.6 something is slowing down my browsers. On Firefox i get the message that a web page is slowing down the browser, but nothing shows on any tab or in the history. Safari said this website was trying to load - ssumcasalemedia.com What is this? How do I get rid of it?
both Firefox and Safari are up to date versions.
I ran a search on this address and got ads on how to remove malware.
Right now all that seems to work is to shut down the browser and reopen.
iMac (21.5-inch, Late 2012), os is Sierra 10.12.1
