iMac requires keychain passcode for identityservicesd and addressbooksourcelink on every power up. It is a real pest.

Hi, Mike!

Thanks for reaching out via the Apple Support Communities. From your post, I understand that you are prompted to enter the Keychain password for two separate services on every startup. I'd be happy to help!

The following article will provide you with some information and steps on how to handle the situation: If your Mac keeps asking for the login keychain password

Cheers!

It might help. I haven't tried it yet. I just quit using my iMac on the Apple side and use Windows 10 via bootcamp partition. I hate all this security nonsense and I hate that people in the community are doing the job a multibillion dollar company should be doing. I opted out of the double security verification--just one more time waster. I spend more time fooling around with apple security than I spend using the computer for my purposes. Thanks are extended to you dedicated unpaid helpers.
