Pro presenter 5 quit unexpectedly

So I contact renewed vision the company who develops this app and they told me this

looking at this report this is actually an error with the QuickTimeH264.scalar (com.apple.coremedia.JVTlib) and not directly linked to Pro5.

May need to research the Apple site to see what this could be to get it resolved.
