Compressor 4.3.2 H.264 job segmenting disabled

After updating to Compressor 4.3.2, H.264 job segmenting stopped to work. When sending to "this computer" with multiple instances enabled and even when sending to cluster set up with another 4 Macs Pro. The box "allow job segmenting" is always greyed and turned off. I've tried few build-in settings (H.264 for video podcasting, Prepare for HTTP live streaming, Video sharing services) and turning H.264 multi-pass compression on and off... none of this settings allows me to turn job segmentation on. When compressing the same source file to another video codec (ProRes, XDCAM422, HDV), segmenting works. Any suggestions? Am I alone?

Thank you!

ARRRGGHHH!!! I just spent the last 6 hours setting up 3 MacPros, buying Compressor and installing it on all machines, only to find out that I can't utilize them!!!! I have 40 cores across 4 machines and I can't do a thing about it. I've wasted additional hours going over my settings, following APPLE PRESCRIBED DIRECTIONS (here and here), thinking that I must be doing something wrong, trying every possible combination of settings AND NOW FINDING OUT THAT I JUST CAN'T DO IT! Thanks a lot Apple for boning the pro user again.

Thanks for your opinion, but it worked in version 4.3.1. I have several Macs Pro 5.1 with two Intel Xeon X5690 CPUs, thus it doesn't support Intel Quick Sync encoding acceleration technology. And when you have cluster setup with 50+ physical CPU cores, it would definitely be faster than any other consumer hardware acceleration technology.
