Unable edit account ID

I Would like to add trusted phone numbers and change my address on my Apple ID. I live in Gibraltar which is British and is part of the EU with the U.K. However Gibraltar is considered a mini state and has it's own international dialong code,00350 . When trying to edit my ID details the drop down panel for European codes doesn't list Gibraltar so unable to do so! Very poor of Apple,they sure as **** find me when they want some money! What do I don't?
