Crossed-out circle

Macbook Pro 13" 2012

Recently my SATA hard disk failed to boot the OS and changed the hard disk to an SSD hard disk. I loaded the Internet Recovery and downloaded the OS and installed it back.

The problem is here:

When I power up my mac on battery the Macbook boots normally but when I power up my mac on power supply first a crossed-out circle appears for some seconds and after a while the apple with loading bar appears and continue loading my mac.

What is the problem? How can I solve the crossed-out circle problem?

Thanks a lot

MacBook Pro, macOS Sierra (10.12.4)

Hi,

"When you see a circle with a slash symbol instead of the Apple logo, it means your Mac couldn't find a valid System Folder to start up from.

If you're using your Mac at a school or business, it might be trying to start from the wrong version of OS X. Contact your IT department for more help.

If this is your personal Mac, try reinstalling OS X by using OS X Recovery."

Why it happens only when using the power adapter, and for only a short time, I don't really know. First, I would choose the startup disk by opening System Preferences > clicking on Startup Disk > clicking the lock and entering your password > clicking on the proper startup disk > and closing System Preferences.

If that doesn't work, try a Safe Boot: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201262

Try resetting the NVRAM: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204063.

Go to Utilities > Disk Utility > click on First Aid > let it finish > note what it says at the end.

After that, if the issue still bothers you enough, you should reinstall the OS as stated above.
