iMac reboots at least 3-5 times before starts working OSX 10.12.4

I am using an iMac 2011 27". The GPU and the hard drive broke down in early January 2017 and I got them replaced by Apple's Genius Bar. After getting back the computer, it worked without any issues until I upgraded to 10.12.4. Now the computer reboots 3 to 5 times before it stabilizes. But once I shut it down completely the problem recurs again. I took it back to Genius bar 4 times after this issue started but they couldn't resolve the issue.

I am posting the report generated by Etrecheck below. The error it is specifically pointing out is:

[not loaded] com.apple.installer.cleanupinstaller.plist (2017-04-15) - /macOS Install Data/Locked Files/cleanup_installer: Executable not found!

I tried to decipher the message and searched over the internet but couldn't clearly understand what the issue is.

Any help to resolve this issue will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

I think that's a task for an Apple Store. Although I have seen that particular code (-128) appear, it has always been associated with a predictable event — a firmware update, to cite one example — so I am inclined to believe it is the result of a hardware fault that only Apple or an AASP will be able to adequately diagnose.

Hopefully they will have something better to suggest than "buy a new Mac".

Edit to add: before you do that try the simple step of resetting that Mac's SMC: Reset the System Management Controller (SMC) on your Mac - Apple Support.

Justification for that action includes

The computer sleeps or shuts down unexpectedly.

Try extracting the previous shutdown numeric codes:

log show --style syslog --last 96h | egrep shutdown\ cause | awk -F')' '{print substr($0,1,19), $NF}'

A zero code might be due to a defective power supply; a relatively inexpensive repair. Negative codes are likely to be due to anything logic-board related, and probably cost-prohibitive to repair.

I am inclined to believe the "Executable not found" messages are a red herring. That should not cause a Mac to spontaneously reboot.
