Depending on how your videos were stored, there are a couple of ways you can try to get them back. First, if these are videos you have taken with the Camera app, deleted photos and videos will be placed into a Recently Deleted folder. You have 30 days to recover these if you change your mind, as described in the Delete photos on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch article:
If the videos are not in the Recently Deleted album, you may be able to restore them from an iTunes or iCloud backup done while the videos were on the phone. Doing this will revert the iPhone back to the state it was when that backup was run, removing any new data added after that time frame. If the videos were downloaded iTunes purchases, you can re-download them. This article describes how to do that: Redownload music, movies, TV shows, apps, and books from the iTunes Store, iBooks Store, and App Store

Get your photos back
If you accidentally delete a photo, you have 30 days to get it back from your Recently Deleted album. When you recover photos and videos, they go back into your All Photos album.
- Open the Photos app and go to the Albums tab.
- Open the Recently Deleted album and tap Select.
- Tap each photo or video that you want to keep.
- Tap Recover and confirm that you want to recover the photos.
