Do any calendars show the 4 seasons?

I can't find a calendar that includes the dates the 4 seasons begin on, any suggestions?

PowerBook G4, Mac OS X (10.2.x), 1GHZ

Here's a link for the start and end of each season up to 2020. I guess you could just punch them into iCal for now.
