Is there a Mac application that can extract files from an .ISO image?

I don't know about extracting files, but Toast can burn ISO disk images to CD-R media.

Toast is your best bet, it will allow you to mount the disk image or burn it to a CD/DVD.

I've got a feeling that Disk Utility can even mount them too? Might be wrong on that one

Yes I opened toast and was able to mount it! Guess I'll have to read that manual eventually!
